DESCRIPTION:**SOLD OUT**  \nOn the evening of Monday 20 June between 6.30pm and 8.30pm we will be starting the first of our nature walks series with ecologist and bird specialist\, Robbie Phillips. From farmland birds to woodland specialists Robbie will bring you into the world of breeding birds at Boconnoc. Learn how to identify a range of species from song and calls as well as understanding their behaviours and how they use varying habitats to feed and nest in. \n \nRobbie is a young ecologist and bird expert working on projects supporting bird conservation across the south west including swifts\, pied flycatchers and curlews. For anything we hear during the walk\, Robbie will help you learn what it is and how to distinguish its songs from others. \n \nFollowing the walk\, join us for a BBQ at the outdoor kitchen\, located in a tucked away location on the estate. We will be serving tea and coffee with a sausage in a bun (vegetarian option available). Please email georgia@boconnoc.com with any dietary requirements. \nTicket price £20 including refreshments \n

DESCRIPTION:The South West’s premier Cornish ride where over 200 riders come together for this prestigious two day event. \nThis ride is an unmissable opportunity for all ages and abilities to ride over stunning countryside on the estate. There is an 80km\, 64km and shorter distance rides which cross all terrains on the estate including through magnificent woodland and across the park. DESCRIPTION:The St John’s Fun Run has taken place at Boconnoc for many years\, raising money for the St John’s Ambulance. It is one of the highlights of the events calendar here. Whether you are feeling competitive or simply want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the estate we recommend signing up for this race. \nIt is a 5 mile multi terrain race around the estate\, crossing undulating and varied terrain. \nRace starts at 7.15pm. \nThere is also a mile fun run that takes place before the main race at 6.30pm entry is £5\, medals for all who take part. \n5 Mile Race – £16 Affiliated\, £18 Unaffiliated. \nENTER ONLINE
